Physical eduction was not President Obama’s favourte class back in 1960. That all changed with the promise of a Star cloth badge with eagle-emblazoned. This moved him form a bystander to a active participant in dodge ball. President Obama is one of the fittest recent president.

A Presidential Physical Fitness Award from Barack Obama surely will prove inspiring to all children big and small. When it comes to fitness, he is a role model, and he should encourage children to become more active.

Sometimes I think all this aerobic stuff can actually be bad for you. It puts such a strain on the body. I am not sure what I think about all this exercise craze yet.

How did Algeria loose so quickly. Quickest exit ever. I really expected that they had a solid opportunity to do well in this years world cup. Maybe it was just bad luck. Maybe its time to jump on the Argentina bandwagon. Looks like Demichelis has already scored. Go Argentina.
