Tiredness
Tiredness are caused because your body (system) are not receiving sufficient sugar (energy).
Too much fat in your Blood stream makes it difficult for the receptors to open and let the sugar (glucose) (energy) in.
Effects
- You feel tired even exhausted – most of the time this happens after a snack or meal. Even coffee (I think it’s the milk) sometimes causes this reaction.
- Before eating or drinking anything first test your Blood Sugar level because most people mistake this sign for low blood sugar.
- A High Blood Sugar reading means you have sufficient energy (glucose) present but it just not been absorb by your system.
I then would force myself you go for a walk or take the stairs. It seems the more muscles you can get involved, to help with the absorption of the sugar in your blood stream – the quicker the blood sugar level comes down. Swimming is also a very effective way to get your BG (blood sugar) down.
I am off swimming,
………what are you going to do now to control your fat levels?

Eating low GI foods is one way to address this problem and making sure that you have the right balance of vitamins and minerals is important too.
