1 Large Onion ( Chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (Crushed) or 1-2 minced garlic
1ml Canola or Olive oil
6ml Curry Powder
1.5L Boiling Water
2 Chicken Stock Cubes dissolve in (above 1.5L boiling water)
125ml Pearl Barley
250ml Split Lentils
1 410g tin tomatoes with juice
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Heat oil, add onion and garlic stir until brown ,add curry powder.
Stir water, stock, barley ,lentils and tomatoes add pepper to taste.
Boil and simmer for 1 hour or until barley and lentils are tender. Add
fresh parsley.

Obesity has reached critical levels among the American people. Michelle Obama spearheads a national campaign that challenges Americans to defeat this problem in childhood obesity.
The 2 thirds adults and 15% of U.S children that are overweight, increases their changes of developing other conditions like diabetes, heart conditions and lots more. When they have one these conditions, it will then cost the taxpayers a lot more ($150 billion per year) over the long run.

Mainly to up the standard in school cafeterias
Allocate vending machines
All junk food would be ban
New standard of nutrition would be introduced
At the moment $17 billion per year is now used mainly for school lunches and the additional $4.5 Billion over 10 years might seems a lot to a healthy trim person. But if you have been fat and overweight, you will understand that you do need all the help you can get from other.
Taking into account the benefits for the US tax payers, things can only get leaner for the children and better self-control will make it better for all American
